Saregama India reported its highest ever quarterly EBITDA of Rs. 1,327 Mn in Q4 FY26, up 31% YoY, with revenue from operations growing 19% to Rs. 2,874 Mn. For FY26, total revenue was Rs. 9,846 Mn with adjusted EBITDA of Rs. 4,047 Mn (13% YoY growth). The Music segment (Licensing + Artiste Management + Retail) achieved Rs. 8,144 Mn revenue (17% growth), with EBITDA at Rs. 5,167 Mn (22% growth) and net margin at Rs. 3,768 Mn (28% growth). Live Events revenue declined 78% to Rs. 618 Mn due to FY25 having the high-base Diljit Dosanjh tour. The company invested Rs. 2,354 Mn in new music content and Rs. 1,047 Mn in catalogue purchases. Digital footprint reached 650 Mn+ followers across social platforms, with 300+ artistes under management.
Strong quarterly results with margin expansion signal positive sentiment for shareholders. The Music segment's 28% net margin growth and management guidance for 3-5% further improvement indicates sustainable profitability, though the Live Events de-growth may weigh on overall revenue outlook.
