Saregama India reported Q4 FY26 revenue of INR 287 crores (19% YoY growth) with adjusted EBITDA of INR 133 crores (31% YoY growth) and operational PBT of INR 105 crores (37% YoY growth). For FY26, the music vertical (now including licensing, artist management & retail) recorded revenue of INR 814 crores with net margin of INR 377 crores. Management guided FY27 new content budget at INR 300-350 crores and maintained medium-term guidance of 20-23% CAGR for music revenue with 60-65% EBITDA margins. The company completed strategic investment in Bhansali Productions for exclusive access to marquee Hindi film music for the next 24-30 months. Management emphasized rejecting Dhurandhar 2 album acquisition as pricing did not meet their 5-year payback principle. Pocket Aces reached breakeven, and the UN40 music festival was launched with 12,000 footfalls.
Strong Q4 and FY26 results with management maintaining growth guidance signals execution capability. The explicit 300-500 bps margin improvement target over 3-5 years and Bhansali partnership provide visibility on future earnings growth.
