Sarla Performance Fibers has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The closure is as per the company's insider trading code under SEBI regulations and applies to designated persons and their immediate relatives.
