Rajendra Somani HUF was dissolved and its 1,000 shares (0.40%) were transferred to Mridula Somani. Separately, Mridula Somani sold her 1,000 shares and Jaya Somani sold her 1,000 shares off-market to the Varun Somani PAC group, which includes Varun Somani, Vandana Somani, Surendra Somani, Vrinda Somani, Parijat Shipping and Finale Ltd, and Meenul Metalizing Pvt. Ltd. The Varun Somani PAC group's aggregate holding rose from 1,49,900 shares (60.20%) to 1,51,900 shares (61.00%), a gain of 0.80% on a tiny share base.
