Sasken files BRSR for FY26, recommends Rs 13 dividend, 38th AGM on July 31

Sasken Technologies submitted its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY26 with a reasonable assurance statement. The 38th AGM is scheduled for July 31, 2026 at 10 am via video conferencing. Board recommends a final dividend of Rs 13 per equity share of Rs 10 face value, with record date July 24, 2026 and payment on or before August 28, 2026. Other agenda items include re-appointment of Mr Pranabh D. Mody as Director, re-appointment of M S K A and Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second term of 5 years till 2031, and appointment of Mr V. Suryanarayanan as Independent Director for 5 years from June 12, 2026.
