Sasken Technologies announced its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) audited consolidated results. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped to ₹273.53 crore, up 84.8% sequentially and 121.7% year-on-year, driven by the Borqs acquisition which added a new 'Product Solutions' segment. Consolidated PAT stood at ₹10.01 crore, down 13% QoQ and 43.4% YoY, with PAT margin at 3.7%. Consolidated EBIT was ₹5.48 crore, up 150% YoY with EBIT margin of 2.0%. EPS for the quarter was ₹6.24. The company reported an order book of $51.7 million ($27.4 million from new business) and signed 7 new client logos. Statutory auditors M S K A & Associates gave an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The sharp revenue jump is largely inorganic — driven by the Borqs International acquisition completed in April 2025. While top-line growth is impressive, the 43% YoY drop in PAT despite more than doubling revenue suggests margin pressure from integration costs and the new lower-margin Product Solutions segment. Investors should watch for Borqs integration progress and margin trajectory in coming quarters.
