Satia Industries reported audited financial results for FY2026 with net revenue of Rs 1,45,191 lakh (down from Rs 1,51,199 lakh in FY2025) and profit before tax of Rs 3,101 lakh (significantly lower than Rs 10,651 lakh in FY2025). The decline was partly due to an exceptional charge of Rs 667 lakh related to new labour code implementation. The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.40 per share. The Board also appointed M/s Moore Singhi, Chartered Accountants as the new Internal Auditor for 2026-27, replacing any previous internal auditor. Statutory auditor remains M/s N Kumar Chhabra & Co. who issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion.
The stock may face pressure due to significantly lower profitability in FY2026 compared to the previous year. The clean audit opinion and dividend declaration provide some support. The internal auditor change is administrative in nature and unlikely to impact shareholder sentiment.
