Infomerics has reaffirmed IVR A/Stable rating for Satin Creditcare Network's proposed Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs 750 crore. In FY26, consolidated AUM grew 18.7% to Rs 15,175 crore and PAT jumped 79% to Rs 332 crore. Standalone GNPA improved to 3.12% from 3.70%, CRAR stayed comfortable at 25.40%, and RoA rose to 2.56%. Rating strengths include comfortable capitalisation, diversified funding and strong business profile. Constraints are average asset quality and microfinance sector risks. Outlook remains stable.
