Mr. Rakesh Mehta, who was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has ceased to be CFO and KMP of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours on 4th September 2025.The details on the above as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 (updated as on 31st December 2024) is enclosed as Annexure A.
