Mr. Jay Mahendra Mehta, promoter and Executive Chairman of Saurashtra Cement, has been redesignated as Non-Executive Chairman effective 26 September 2025. He will step back from day-to-day executive responsibilities and KMP status to focus on personal and professional commitments outside India.
