The Company's 67th AGM was held on Friday, 29th August 2025, at 12.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.In terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and provisions of the Listing Regulations, the Company had provided remote e-voting facility and e-voting facility at the AGM.Mr. Sachin Ahuja, Proprietor of M/s.
