Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Ltd has submitted to BSE the newspaper clippings of its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2025, published in Financial Express (English) and Choutha Sansar (Hindi), as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. On a standalone basis, total income from operations for FY25 rose to ₹10,567.72 lakhs from ₹9,617.13 lakhs in FY24 (about 10% growth). Standalone net profit after tax for FY25 jumped sharply to ₹1,057.11 lakhs from ₹718.41 lakhs in FY24 (roughly 47% increase), while Q4 FY25 net profit after tax slipped marginally to ₹442.79 lakhs from ₹484.69 lakhs. Standalone basic EPS for FY25 stood at ₹34.70 vs ₹23.58 in FY24. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹16 per share (800%) on the ₹2 face value equity shares, amounting to about ₹14,931.26 lakhs for FY 2024-25 on a consolidated basis.
The robust full-year profit growth and a generous 800% dividend are positive signals for shareholders and should support investor sentiment, though the mild Q4 standalone profit dip suggests some quarter-on-quarter softness worth watching.
