Sayaji Industries reported strong Q3FY26 results, with consolidated revenue rising 13% quarter-on-quarter to ₹282.90 crore and 5% year-on-year, while EBITDA jumped to ₹15.88 crore from a loss of ₹1.38 crore in the previous quarter (up 1,254% QoQ and 98% YoY). EBITDA margin expanded sharply by 616 basis points QoQ to 5.60%, and the company swung back to a profit of ₹3.59 crore versus a loss in prior periods. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew 6% YoY to ₹804.17 crore and EBITDA turned positive at ₹19.40 crore from a negative base, though the company is still in an overall nine-month loss of ₹9.13 crore. Management attributed the improvement to lower maize prices following the government's ethanol policy recalibration, reduced energy costs, better by-product realisations, and stronger export demand due to recent US tariff reductions.
The sharp turnaround in profitability and margin expansion signal improving operational health, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. However, the nine-month bottom line remains in the red, so the full-year recovery is not yet confirmed and may keep near-term sentiment cautious.
