SBC Exports Limited has reported audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 2026. Total standalone income grew 30% to Rs. 30,142.10 Lakhs from Rs. 23,152.95 Lakhs in FY25. Net profit from continuing operations jumped 80% to Rs. 2,175.86 Lakhs versus Rs. 1,205.74 Lakhs previously. Basic EPS improved from Rs. 0.25 to Rs. 0.46. On a consolidated basis (including wholly-owned subsidiary Mauji Trip Limited), total income was Rs. 40,320.71 Lakhs with net profit of Rs. 2,527.28 Lakhs. The company operates in three segments: Garments Manufacturing, Manpower Services, and IT Support Services. However, cash flow from operations was negative at Rs. 7,282.28 Lakhs due to significant increases in inventory and loans given. Total borrowings stand at Rs. 22,092.09 Lakhs (standalone).
Strong revenue and profit growth reflects improved operational performance. However, the negative operating cash flow and high debt levels may raise concerns about liquidity management. The mismatch between headline (equity issuance to promoters) and actual document content (financial results) should be noted.
