SBEC Systems published a newspaper notice on July 10, 2026 in Financial Express and Hari Bhoomi informing shareholders about SEBI's special window open from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. The window allows re-lodging of physical share transfer requests for shares sold or purchased before April 1, 2019, including previously rejected requests. Transferred shares will be credited only in demat form with a one-year lock-in. Shareholders must submit documents to RTA Beetal Financial by February 4, 2027.
