SBI Cards has announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Batra as Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, effective July 1, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on April 1, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Batra brings approximately 30 years of leadership experience, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer at TransUnion CIBIL India. He has also held positions at GE Capital, Star TV, Modi Telstra, and the Taj Group of Hotels. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
