SBI Funds Management IPO: Price band set at ₹545-574 per share; check key dates, issue details

SBI Funds Management has fixed its IPO price band at ₹545 to ₹574 per share, with subscription opening on July 14 and closing on July 16, 2026. The ₹11,102 crore offer is entirely an offer for sale by promoters State Bank of India, offloading a 6.3 percent stake, and Amundi India Holding, selling a 3.7 percent stake. Shares are likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on July 21.
