SBI Funds Management shares listed at ₹613.30 on NSE, a 6.85% premium over the issue price of ₹574 per share, though the debut came below market expectations. The ₹9,812.91 crore IPO, which was entirely an offer for sale of 17.10 crore shares by promoters State Bank of India and Amundi India Holding, was subscribed 41.66 times overall, with the QIB portion attracting 140.11 times demand. The grey market premium had earlier signalled an estimated listing price of around ₹669.5.
