SBI Mutual Fund trims stake in Ather Energy to 5% after partial profit booking. Details here

SBI Mutual Fund trimmed its stake in Ather Energy to 5.055 percent by selling 6,16,733 shares (0.1565 percent of paid-up capital) as partial profit booking, down from 7.2382 percent reported on 6 May 2025. The Ather Energy stock fell 2.93 percent to around Rs 1,231.30 on the BSE on 23 July, though it remains up about 267 percent over the past year. Separately, Ather Energy approved a preferential issue of about Rs 1,200 crore to qualified institutional buyers at Rs 1,202 per share.
