SBL Infratech's Board approved standalone unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 536.31 lakhs from Rs. 814.14 lakhs in the same period last year, a drop of about 34%. Despite the revenue decline, profit after tax rose sharply to Rs. 6.21 lakhs (from Rs. 1.88 lakhs in H1 FY25), and basic EPS improved to Rs. 0.77 from Rs. 0.23. The auditor (HCO & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report. However, operating cash flow remained negative at Rs. (11.15) lakhs and cash balance declined to Rs. 5.30 lakhs from Rs. 16.45 lakhs.
Mixed picture for shareholders - top-line shrank significantly but bottom-line tripled on lower operating costs. The persistent negative operating cash flow and very thin cash reserves (Rs. 5.30 lakhs) against large trade receivables (Rs. 1,062 lakhs) raise liquidity concerns despite the improved profit numbers.
