Schaeffler India held its 63rd AGM on April 30, 2026, where MD & CEO Harsha Kadam presented a review of FY2025 performance. Revenue grew from ₹55,605 mn (CY21) to ₹93,953 mn (CY25), with EBITDA margins expanding steadily from 17.9% to 19.6% over the same period. ROCE improved from 23% to 26%. All four business divisions reported positive year-on-year growth — Automotive Technologies (₹31,372 mn, +24.6%), Bearings & Industrial Solutions (₹36,855 mn, +6.4%), Intercompany Exports & Others (₹14,328 mn, +32.7%), and Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (₹11,398 mn, +12.2%). The company also highlighted strategic e-mobility wins including e-axle localization and a new manufacturing facility at Shoolagiri (5th plant). On ESG, the company ranked 1st in India in its category, achieved 100% renewable energy usage, and spent ₹247.2 mn on CSR impacting 129,149 lives.
Consistent margin improvement over five years and broad-based double-digit growth across all divisions signal operational strength and pricing power. The e-mobility strategic win and new facility investment support future revenue diversification, which is positive for long-term shareholders.
