Schaeffler India submitted its Q2 CY2025 (Apr–Jun 2025) investor presentation to the exchanges. Standalone revenue grew 10.1% YoY to ₹22,821 mn, while EBITDA rose to ₹4,489 mn with margin expanding 110 bps to 19.7% (vs 18.6% in Q2'24). Profit after tax was ₹2,962 mn, up 16.6% YoY, with PAT margin at 13.0%. Free cash flow swung sharply positive to ₹2,868 mn versus a negative ₹135 mn a year ago. The company inaugurated its fifth manufacturing facility at Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu, and highlighted e-mobility progress including e-axle supplies for the Tata Harrier.ev. Consolidated Q2 revenue stood at ₹45,270 mn with EBITDA margin of 18.7%. Management emphasized broad-based growth, improved earnings quality, and continued focus on efficiency.
Positive for shareholders — double-digit revenue growth, expanding margins, and a dramatic turnaround in free cash flow signal strong operational momentum. The new manufacturing facility and e-mobility wins support a constructive growth outlook, though investor focus will likely remain on sustaining margin gains in the coming quarters.
