Schneider Electric Infra appoints Mr Soumya Bagchi as Non-Executive Director and SMP

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited has appointed Mr Soumya Bagchi (DIN: 11789286) as Additional Non-Executive Director and Senior Management Personnel effective June 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr Bagchi has 30 plus years of experience and currently heads the MV Equipment Business Unit at Schneider Electric India, a sister concern. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Jadavpur University and has attended leadership programs at Ross and INSEAD. He is not related to any existing director or KMP and holds zero shares in the company.
