Scoda Tubes Q1 FY27 revenue rose 27.6% year-on-year to INR 124.3 crores led by exports up 81.5%. EBITDA margin fell 172 basis points to 12.9% and PAT dropped 25.9% to INR 5.3 crores due to supply chain disruptions, higher freight and raw material costs, a temporary gas supply issue in April and manpower challenges. Management termed these as temporary and reaffirmed full year FY27 guidance. Welded segment capacity expansion is on track for H2 FY27 commissioning. Net debt to equity improved to 0.3 times.
Near-term margins under pressure despite strong revenue growth. Management maintains FY27 guidance and capacity expansion plans, offering cautious optimism.
