Scoobee Day Garments has extended the closing date of its ongoing Rights Issue by 21 days, from the earlier scheduled September 19, 2025 to October 10, 2025. The extension is within the SEBI-mandated 30-day window from the issue opening date of September 12, 2025. As a result, the timeline for the Basis of Allotment has shifted to October 17, 2025, Allotment Date to October 20, 2025, credit date to October 24, 2025, and listing date to October 29, 2025. The Issue Opening Date and the Last Date for On-Market Renunciation of Rights Entitlements (September 16, 2025) remain unchanged. The Board approved this at its meeting on September 18, 2025.
