Cresanto Global Limited (formerly Raymed Labs Limited), a BSE-listed company (scrip code 531207), announced the results of its postal ballot concluded on June 3, 2026. All three special resolutions were passed with 100% votes in favour — no votes were cast against any of them. The resolutions cover: (1) changing the company's name from Raymed Labs Limited to Cresanto Global Limited with corresponding amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, (2) shifting the registered office from Uttar Pradesh (Noida) to Maharashtra (Mumbai), and (3) altering the registered office clause of the MOA. Voting turnout was thin at about 24.45% of outstanding shares (13.82 lakh of 56.52 lakh shares), with promoters voting their full 13.79 lakh shares in favour and only 2,751 public non-institutional shares polled. Scrutinizer Sachin Singh & Associates (PCS, Membership No. 67686) certified the results.
These are routine administrative changes with no material impact on business or share value. Shareholders should note the company will now be branded as Cresanto Global Limited and headquartered in Mumbai — the Noida registered office will be relocated. Low shareholder turnout is normal for such housekeeping items and not a red flag.
