Standalone revenue grew 46% to Rs. 90,194 lakhs while profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 24,235 lakhs. Consolidated PAT stood at Rs. 25,352 lakhs vs Rs. 8,791 lakhs in prior year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (20% on Rs. 10 face value) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Record date and payment date will be announced later. Additionally, the Board approved increasing related party transaction limits with parent HAL Offshore Limited from USD 50 million to USD 65 million annually. Management also took a Rs. 1,637 lakh impairment provision on overseas subsidiary investments due to geopolitical uncertainties.
The company delivered exceptional year-on-year growth with PAT more than doubling, which is positive for shareholders. The modest Rs. 2 dividend represents a 20% payout ratio on strong earnings. The increased related party transaction limits with HAL Offshore warrant monitoring for potential conflicts.
