Seasons Textiles will hold its 40th AGM on 19 August 2026 at 12:30 PM via video conferencing. The FY 2025-26 annual report is attached and on the company website. Revenue fell to Rs 2338.33 lakhs from Rs 2739.81 lakhs, but the company swung to a profit after tax of Rs 16.55 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 33.53 lakhs in FY25. EPS was Rs 0.22. No dividend declared.
