Share holders at their meeting held on 19th June 2025 appoint/ reappoint the Directors

Mr. Wadhwa holds a BBA from the University of the Arts London and has over 17 years of experience in wholesale and retail trade of furnishing fabrics. He is disclosed as a relative of the company's Managing Director, indicating a promoter-family connection on the board. Additionally, M/s. Pramod Kothari & Co., a peer-reviewed firm of practicing Company Secretaries with 13+ years of experience, was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term effective April 1, 2025.
