Sir, Please read the Date of AGM 19th August 2025 instead of 4th August 2025 as mentioned in earlier announcement

Seasons Textiles has issued a corrigendum correcting the date of its 71st Annual General Meeting from August 4, 2025 to August 19, 2025; no other changes from the earlier intimation. At this AGM, shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sumer Singh Wadhwa (DIN: 01585482) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation. The same director was also separately noted as appointed effective May 20, 2025 (subject to shareholder approval now received). Mr. Wadhwa holds a BBA from the University of the Arts London and has 17+ years of experience in wholesale and retail trade of furnishing fabrics, and is a relative of the Managing Director. Shareholders also approved the appointment of M/s. Pramod Kothari & Co., Company Secretaries in Practice (FRN: S2012UP197900), as Secretarial Auditor of the company for a 5-year term effective April 1, 2025.
