Secretarial auditor resigns mid-term, no governance concerns flagged

M/s Jain Sonesh & Associates stepped down as secretarial auditor of Bharat Textiles and Proofing Industries effective July 7, 2026, covering FY 2025-26. The auditor cited professional and administrative reasons and confirmed no concerns about the company's management. No secretarial audit report was issued for the current financial year before resignation. The Audit Committee and Board will appoint a new secretarial auditor in due course.
