SecUR Credentials announces major board reshuffle and new appointments

SecUR Credentials board on 17 July 2026 approved Ashish Mahendrakar as Managing Director and Soni Agarwal as new CFO. Appointed Yogesh Kumar as Non-Executive Director and Shivi Jindal, Gitika Garg, and Apra Sharma as Independent Directors for 5 years each. Two Independent Directors and Executive Director Bhimsen Pawar resigned, and Mahendrakar also stepped down as CFO. Board committees were reconstituted.
