SecureKloud Technologies has appointed two new Additional Directors in the Independent, Non-Executive category at a board meeting held on February 12, 2026. Mr. Duraiswamy Basuvaiah, with over 30 years of experience in academic leadership and corporate governance, and Mrs. Annaganalaur Srimathi Venkata Narayanan, an education and governance professional with 14+ years of experience, have been appointed for a 5-year term ending February 11, 2031. Both currently serve as Independent Directors at California Software Company Limited, but are not related to any existing Director or KMP of SecureKloud. Their appointments are subject to shareholder approval, and neither is debarred by SEBI from holding directorship.
This is a routine board expansion to strengthen independent oversight. New independent directors bring academic and governance expertise relevant to the IT/cloud sector. No material change to business operations is expected, and existing shareholders retain voting power to approve or reject the appointments.
