SEDEMAC Mechatronics has submitted a correction to an earlier disclosure made on March 11–12, 2026 under SEBI's Regulation 30(5), which deals with authorising Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events. The correction states that Mr. Amit Arun Dixit's designation was mistakenly listed as 'Managing Director' instead of 'Joint Managing Director'. The filing also confirms the full list of four KMPs authorised for this purpose: Mr. Amit Arun Dixit (Joint Managing Director), Mr. Manish Sharma (Whole Time Director & COO), Mr. Rajesh Madhukar Sheth (CFO), and Mr. Prasad Rajendra Chavan (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer). This is purely an administrative correction and there is no change in the substance of the earlier disclosure.
