Seemax Resources listed at Rs 112.80 on BSE SME, a 20% discount to its issue price of Rs 141, underperforming Street expectations as the grey market premium was zero. The Rs 19.74 crore SME IPO was subscribed 3.60 times overall, with the QIB portion booked 17.19 times and NII category 4.08 times. Proceeds are planned for capex on material handling equipment, debt repayment, and working capital requirements.
