Sejal Glass Limited has informed exchanges that its 28th Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM in physical mode at Flags Banquet, Kandivali West, Mumbai. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Monday, July 13, 2026 to Saturday, July 18, 2026 (both days inclusive). The cut-off date for remote e-voting eligibility has been fixed as Friday, July 10, 2026. Shareholders holding shares as on the cut-off date will be entitled to vote electronically on AGM business.
Shares cannot be transferred during book closure. Buy before July 10, 2026 to be eligible for e-voting at the AGM.
