Semac Construction Limited has announced that its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 12th September 2025 at 11:30 AM at its registered office in Coimbatore. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, 06th September 2025 to Friday, 12th September 2025 (both days inclusive).
