Senores Pharmaceuticals is updating the stock exchanges on its ongoing acquisition of equity shares in US-based Havix Group Inc. (D/B/A Aavis Pharmaceuticals). Out of the total 8,454 equity shares it planned to buy from public shareholders, 7,914 shares have already been acquired. The remaining 540 shares are pending because Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approvals are still awaited. The company has now extended the timeline for acquiring these remaining 540 shares by 60 days, from June 24, 2025. This is a procedural update and does not change the total size of the deal.
