Senores Pharmaceuticals' US subsidiary (Senores Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) has entered into a strategic partnership by forming a Joint Venture entity called Amerisyn, LLC. The formal Operating Agreement was executed on April 2, 2026. This JV positions the group to supply its pharmaceutical products to the U.S. Federal Government, veterans affairs, and military supply contracts. The management expects this partnership to be a significant driver of growth and a substantial contributor to international business volumes. The company currently has 46 ANDAs approved and operates three formulation manufacturing facilities across US, India and Canada.
The JV opens access to a high-entry-barrier market in U.S. government procurement, which could drive meaningful revenue growth from a new customer segment with long-term contract potential.
