SG Mart Limited reported its best Q4 performance with revenue of INR 1,800 crores and EBITDA of INR 56 crores (INR 50 crores business EBITDA + INR 6 crores inventory gain). For FY26, EBITDA grew 35% to INR 137 crores with ROCE of 15% (annualized Q4 ROCE at 25%). The company generated INR 300 crores operating cash flow, funded INR 525 crores capex, and closed with net cash of INR 750 crores. Working capital cycle reduced to 20 days. Management guided for INR 300-350 crores annualized EBITDA for FY27 and targets 50% CAGR over 3 years. Four verticals are operational: B2B trading (steel supply constrained), service centers (190,000 tons in Q4, adding 3-4 new centers), renewable structures (5,000 tons/month run rate), and steel profiles (7,000 tons in Q4). Planned capex of INR 600 crores over 2 years for service center expansion and profile machines.
Strong Q4 and FY26 results with improving profitability profile and clear growth roadmap. Focus on value-added verticals (service centers, renewables, profiles) rather than low-margin B2B trading. Expansion plans and 50% CAGR target are positive for long-term shareholders but near-term headwinds from Middle East conflict may impact Dubai operations.
