SG Mart Limited has informed the Exchange that the trading window for dealing in its shares will remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The closure applies to Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives under the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The board meeting date for considering the Q1 FY27 results will be announced separately.
