Shadowfax Technologies Ltd has allotted 6,22,743 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to eligible employees and ESOP holders who exercised their stock options under the SFX ESOP 2016 plan. This allotment was approved via a circular resolution of the Board of Directors on May 5, 2026.
