Shadowfax Technologies' Board has approved appointing M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP as the new Statutory Auditor for a 5-year term starting from the conclusion of the 11th AGM until the 16th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. The current auditor M/s B S R & Co. LLP, which was appointed in November 2021 for a second 5-year term, will retire at the upcoming 11th AGM. This is a routine auditor rotation after completion of the standard two terms. Separately, M/s Grant Thornton Bharat LLP has been re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
