Shadowfax Technologies reported record Q4 FY26 results with revenue of INR 1,237 crores (74% YoY growth) and PAT of INR 56 crores at a record 4.5% margin. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at INR 4,200+ crores (69% YoY growth) with PAT of INR 112 crores — the first time the company crossed INR 100 crores PAT — and adjusted EBITDA of INR 159 crores (nearly 3x FY25). Management maintained its guidance of 27%-30% overall business growth for FY27, with hyperlocal expected to grow at 45%-50% YoY. Five strategic priorities were outlined for FY27: D2C/SME expansion via the Shadowfax 360 platform, large shipment capability expansion to 10,000 pin codes, reaching 17,000 pin codes coverage, setting up 100 dark stores for vertical quick commerce, and full integration of the CriticaLog acquisition. Management expects 100-120 basis points of annual EBITDA margin improvement through FY28, targeting early double-digit steady-state margins, with profitability doubling post-FY28. Capex guidance for FY27 remains flat at INR 180-190 crores.
Strong operational execution with accelerating profitability and clear multi-year margin roadmap signals a durable improvement in business quality. D2C mix and AI-driven efficiency gains position Shadowfax for sustained outperformance against industry peers.
