LLP, who were appointed in November 2021 for their second five-year term, will retire at the upcoming 11th AGM. The Board has approved appointment of M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP as the new statutory auditor for five consecutive years starting from the 11th AGM until the 16th AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
