Shadowfax has fully operationalised OneNCR, its largest automated sortation facility to date, located in the NCR region. The 2.1 lakh sq. ft. hub was built with an investment of approximately INR 50 Crore and can process 48,000 shipments per hour, with a peak capacity of 10 lakh (1 million) shipments per day. It will serve as the primary engine for Shadowfax Prime, the company's same-day and next-day delivery vertical. The facility uses a single-touch logistics model where 80% of shipments bypass intermediate hubs and go directly to last-mile delivery, supported by 80 direct linehaul routes and the ability to perform over 3,000 unique origin-level sorts. CEO Abhishek Bansal described it as a significant step toward building competitive advantage in speed and cost.
