Shadowfax Technologies reported its most profitable quarter ever with Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹1,237 Cr (73.6% YoY growth) and PAT of ₹56 Cr (4.5% margin), turning around from a loss of ₹10 Cr in Q4 FY25. Full year FY26 revenue stood at ₹4,202 Cr with PAT of ₹112 Cr versus just ₹6 Cr in FY25. The company continued gaining market share, growing from 8% in FY22 to 27-29% in Q4 FY26, while delivering 18.4 Cr express orders (129% YoY growth). Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded by ~400 bps YoY to 4.7% in Q4. The company completed acquisition of CriticaLog (100% owned) and outlined plans to scale dark stores from 15 to 100 in FY27.
The sharp improvement in profitability and market share gains demonstrate operational leverage is working. With zero debt and capex intensity expected to moderate to 2.5-3.5% in FY27, the company is well-positioned for sustained margin expansion. The CriticaLog acquisition adds high-value freight capabilities without overlapping with core business.
