Shah Construction Company clarified to BSE that a Shareholder Meeting and Postal Ballot Scrutinizer's Report (announcement no. 13416438) belonging to another company was inadvertently uploaded under its scrip code 509870. BSE had emailed on 29 June seeking AGM proceedings, but the company's AGM has not yet been held, so no proceedings exist. The company flagged the error to BSE on 26 June and asked for the wrong filing to be removed from its listing page. AGM proceedings will be filed within prescribed timelines once the AGM is held.
