Shakuntla Upadhayay acquires 3.6 lakh shares in Lords Mark Industries

Shakuntla Hariram Upadhayay acquired 3,60,000 equity shares (0.08% of diluted share capital) of Lords Mark Industries Ltd on 21 November 2025. The shares were allotted under a resolution plan approved under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and a scheme of amalgamation approved by NCLT Mumbai Bench on 28 July 2025. The acquisition is exempt from open offer under Regulation 10(1)(da) of SEBI Takeover Regulations.
