Shalby Limited submitted its Q4 and FY2026 investor presentation showing consolidated revenue of Rs 2,955 million in Q4 (up 9.4% YoY) and Rs 11,682 million for full year (up 4.8%). The company turned profitable at consolidated level with PBT of Rs 96 million in Q4 (vs loss of Rs 7 million in Q4 FY25) and PAT of Rs 185 million (vs loss of Rs 122 million). Consolidated EBITDA margins improved significantly to 12.7% from 9.7% year-over-year. Standalone operations showed revenue of Rs 2,304 million (up 7.6%) but EBITDA margins contracted to 16.1% from 17.7% in the same period last year. MedTech segment demonstrated strong 45% YoY growth with revenue of Rs 400 million in Q4. The company operates 13 hospitals with 2,200+ beds across India and has international presence through subsidiaries in the USA and Singapore.
The strong turnaround in consolidated profitability and margin expansion signals operational improvement. However, the standalone EBITDA margin contraction raises some concern about core hospital business profitability. The net debt of Rs 4,462 million at consolidated level remains elevated, though standalone entity has net cash position of Rs 438 million.
